Sunny Valley supports its customers 12-months a year. Our combination of domestic
and imported programs offer unique appeal. We know that our customers’ priorities
shift throughout the year, and we can support everything from contracted import
programs to local berry and stone fruit campaigns. We have the products our
customers are looking for 365-days a year.
BLUEBERRIES
Sunny Valley is a supplier of cultivated blueberries, marketing fruit on behalf of growers up-and-down the east coast. Our most prominent blueberry program is through our partnership with the Jersey Fruit Cooperative. Sunny Valley is one of the largest suppliers by volume of New Jersey blueberries.
CRANBERRIES
Sunny Valley markets fresh cranberries for Shamong, NJ-based Whalen Farms. This boutique program is very popular with our customers. The high impact packaging with local call-outs is a feature of many retailers’ holiday promotions throughout the fall.
PEACHES/
NECTARINES
Sunny Valley is the only supplier on the East Coast with stone fruit availability in both the Southeast and New Jersey. This gives us unprecedented surety of supply. Additionally, given that we can ship out of both locations from mid-June through mid-September, we can offer distinct logistical advantages for our customers.
We have extensive experience in marketing imported fresh fruits and vegetables and have partnered with the highest quality growers, exporters, quality control providers, and storage facilities to deliver superior imported produce to the North American market.
Our storage facility provides repacking and restyling services that exceed expectations
to service a broad range of customers.
BLUEBERRIES
Sunny Valley imports conventional and organic blueberries of exceptional quality from British Columbia, Peru, Argentina, Chile and Mexico.
MANDARINS
Sunny Valley is initiating
a new imported South American mandarin program, featuring product from exceptional Peruvian and Chilean growers.
GRAPES
Sunny Valley supplies green and red grapes from an outstanding network of growers in Chile and Peru. Typically, grapes are available from November through April.
PEARS
Sunny Valley imports Chilean golden bosc pears. Typically, pears become available at the conclusion of the domestic pear season.
LEMONS
Sunny Valley has a partnership with an outstanding grower of Argentine lemons. Lemons are available throughout the summer, and can be styled in bags or bulk boxes, depending on customer preference.
